Hi! I am a Doctor of Social Work and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 16 years of clinical practice working with children, adolescents, and families, as well as 8 years of experience in non-profit executive leadership development. I am passionate about mental health and youth advocacy. As a trauma-informed clinician and practitioner, I center my practice on the understanding that rest is resistance and that living in a capitalistic society creates an imbalance for humans.
