We have officially opened Outpatient Services and are now accepting new referrals.
How to schedule an appointment?
As a new client, we ask to schedule a free consultation so we can get to know you and to discuss what you are seeking to achieve in therapy. This process will also give you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
Will you accept insurance?
We will have clinicians able to provide services to those who are in-network with Aetna. Additionally, we will have clinicians who accept out-of-pocket payments, starting at $150.
What should I expect during my first session?
Your first session is an opportunity to share your concerns, discuss your goals, and work with your therapist to create a personalized treatment plan.
How long will I need therapy?
There is no specific time frame on how long you'll need therapy. Each client has individual challenges to work on and goals they would like to achieve. Depending on the treatment goals, you may need additional sessions more than others.
What should I do if I need to cancel an appointment?
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
Will all sessions be held in the office?
Sessions can be hybrid (virtually & in person). You and your clinician will discuss each other's schedule and your clinician will recommend sessions base on your needs and goals.
What ages do you work with?
We work with adolescents, teens, and adults.
How long are sessions?
Sessions are typically 60 minutes each.
What are your office hours?
